Antwerp, 28 September 2026 – Euroports is pleased to announce that A.P. Moller Capital, through a separately managed fund vehicle backed by A.P. Moller Holding, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Euroports Group (“Euroports”), a leading port terminal operator and provider of logistics solutions.

Euroports has successfully completed a decade long Vectron locomotive lifting project at the Port of Hanko in cooperation with Siemens Mobility.
