Pick-ups of containers from warm storage Mon – Fri 04:00 – 05:30 and 07:30 – 13:30. Notifications of pick-ups no later than 14.00 on the previous working day.

Pick-ups and deliveries of trailers to the port during opening hours of service center. Pick-ups and deliveries of drivable units Mon – Fri 07.00 – 22.00.

Receiving of forest industry export products to the Euroports terminal 24/7. NOTE: Prior notice is required outside the service center’s service hours in accordance with a separate instruction.

Other deliveries to the Euroports terminal Mon – Fri 07.00 – 22.00

Heavy lift deliveries to the Euroports terminal Mon – Fri 07.00 – 14.00. Notifications of pick-ups no later than 14.00 on the previous working day.

Pick-ups of paper products from the Euroports domestic terminal Mon – Fri 07:00 – 23:00. The driver must register at the gatehouse service center latest 21:00. Prenotification of the pick-ups no later than 14:00 on the previous working day in accordance with a separate instruction.

Other pick-ups from the Euroports distribution terminal Mon – Fri 07:00 – 22:00.

INSTRUCTION FOR PICK-UPS AND DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE SERVICE CENTER’S SERVICE HOURS

Prior notice is required for all pick-ups and deliveries that take place between Saturday 14.00 – Monday 06.00. The prior notice must be done latest Saturday 12.00. The notifier is responsible for providing all necessary information and documents. If the required information and documents have not been provided in time, the service cannot be performed.

Note: all documents relating to release of import containers or delivery of empty containers must still be submitted until Friday 16.00.

The prior notice must include date and estimated time of planned pick-up or delivery, also license plate number must be informed.

In addition, call  +358 40 098 1749  latest half an hour before arrival to the port.
