Containerships started a new service SWX 2, which will increase traffic and provide new route options to the Port of Rauma. Containerships will operate the route with two ships and the first vessel arrives in Rauma today. Containerships is a pioneer in providing sustainable multimodal solutions, and the new service expands opportunities for industries, particularly in Western Finland, to produce a greener supply chain. SWX 2 visits eight ports in five different countries: Finland, Poland, Germany, Lithuania and Sweden. The ship arrives in Rauma once a week and the port operations are handled by Euroports Rauma.
