At Euroports, Safety is not just a priority — it is a value, and it requires each of us to lead by example in promoting a safe working environment.
During our latest QHSE Workshop in Rauma, Finland, we brought together QHSE professionals from across different terminals to reinforce our commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment to pursue operational excellence.
Over several days, we shared insights, aligned across our terminals, and tackled key topics such as:
- Safety Strategy 2030: We defined the framework for the next steps in our safety journey towards becoming a zero-harm company.
- Business continuity: We agreed on the framework to further enhance our resilience in meeting emerging challenges in areas of cybersecurity, climate change and technology.
- Best practices: We shared improvements in the way we work to make all operations safer and more sustainable.
- Personal effectiveness: We gained a better understanding of our personal profiles and that of others, making our communication and teamwork more effective.
And of course, no workshop is complete without gearing up and heading into the field to see safety in action.
Together, we’re building safer, smarter and more sustainable operations across all of Euroports.
A big thank you to all participants and facilitators!
